Surfing is still considered as one of the most dangerous sports. It is no wonder, then, that surfing in G Land can lead to some injuries towards almost all of the parts of the body, to mention some are lacerations or cuts, fractures, and spinal injuries. Getting to know more about the injuries you may get during surfing will let you be more prepared, here are some:

1. Lacerations and fractures

This is the most common injury that you may get when surfing in G-Land. It occurs as a result of getting hit with your own surf board, particularly the fin. Although it may not look serious or dangerous, this kind of injury can lead to infections due to exposure to sea water.

2. Surfer’s Eye

Surfing in G-Land means being in water for certain periods. As we are not able to close your eyes when surfing in G-Land, this sometimes lead to eye injuries or so-called as Surfer's Eye. It often happens as a result of high intensity exposure to water during surfing in G Land. Otherwise, the intense light of the sun may also bring problems to your office, especially Pterygiums.

3. Spinal injuries or paralysis

Going up and down on your surf boat in order to catch you desired waves will likely bring you spinal injuries. According to expert, spinal injuries are very dangerous as it may lead to Quadriplegia. It is a condition when you experience partial or total loss of use of your four limbs and torso.
